Cornelius Corneliou, the permanent secretary of the Cyrpus Foreign Ministry, called on Saudi Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Adel Al-Jubeir at his office in Riyadh on Tuesday. During the meeting, they reviewed bilateral ties and discussed ways to enhance them in various sectors.
They also discussed issues of common interest.
In a separate meeting, outgoing Pakistani Ambassador Raja Ijaz Ali called on the Saudi minister to bid farewell at the end of his tenure in Saudi Arabia.
Al-Jubeir lauded the efforts of the outgoing diplomat in strengthening ties between Saudi Arabia and Pakistan. He wished him success in his future assignments.
