Outgoing French envoy meets Saudi minister

RIYADH: Outgoing French Ambassador François Gouyette on Monday called on Saudi Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Adel Al-Jubeir at the ministry’s headquarters in Riyadh on Monday.
Gouyette bade farewell to the Saudi minister as his term as the ambassador ended.
Al-Jubeir appreciated the efforts made by the top diplomat in strengthening ties between Saudi Arabia and France. He wished Gouyette success in his future assignments.
Diplomatic relations between France and Saudi Arabia, encompassing all aspects of mutually beneficial cooperation from trade and cultural agreements to defense pacts, have thrived over time.
