Nepal Deputy Prime Minister and Defence Minister Ishwar Pokhrel has said that Nepal will clear up the border issue thru talk with India. "It is our regular point. There is no sense in deploying the Army," he in addition said. This comes after Nepal issued a new political map which blanketed parts of Indian territory.
